Amongst all the recipes I have tried, this matcha yogurt bowl is probably my favorite. Healthy and packed with protein, this matcha bowl is incredibly smooth, creamy and delicious. What is more, this recipe is so quick and simple that it comes together in a bowl in just 2 minutes!

Matcha Yogurt Bowl

RECIPE TYPE: Breakfast

PREP TIME: 4 Minutes

COOK TIME: 2 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 6 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powdered green tea

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or pure maple syrup

  • 3 strawberries, sliced

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • ¼ blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon of granola

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the yogurt to a bowl.

  2. Sift the matcha powder on the yogurt to avoid any lumps.

  3. Add the honey or maple syrup and mix everything together. 

  4. Top with your favorite toppings of choice!


     
    Storage:
    You can make this bowl anytime time and store it in the fridge for 2 days.
